Zorka és Philippe - wedding in the Swiss Alps

Zorka and Philippe are lovers of mountains and nature. They live in Crésuz, a tiny village in the Fribourg mountains, in a beautiful old house with a wonderful view of the region. They hike a lot and spend a lot of time in nature, so it’s no surprise that they chose an extraordinary and wonderful place to celebrate their togetherness. We ascended to 2800 metres with the mountain hike with two gondolas, where we needed jackets even in the July summer weather near the snow-capped peaks.

We held the ceremony up by the Feegletscher, chilled the champagne for toasting in the snow and hand-carried all the necessary equipment up the gondolas. Zorka and Philippe wrote their names on a small pebble and threw it symbolically into the glacial lake, committing their love to eternity.
